The Administrative Director of Clinical Quality Improvement is responsible and accountable for promoting, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating high quality, safe, cost-effective health care by all members of the healthcare delivery team. Responsible for the overall coordination, integration and management of the campus-wide Quality Improvement Program and Matrix responsibility for all 5 Tenet Palm Beach facilities Quality Improvement Programs.
Minimum: Masters Degree in Nursing, or some other health related field.
Clinical and Quality Management/Improvement Experience.
Five (5) years experience in Quality management and in acute care hospital setting. Expert knowledge of Quality Improvement Processes and Joint Commission standards, CoPs and other regulatory standards.
Required: Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
Preferred: Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification and/or Training
Preferred : CPHQ
Field of Expertise: Quality Improvement, Utilization Management, Risk Management, Infection Prevention and Control, and Outcome Management.
