Position Summary The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) isresponsible for caring for patients in the ambulatory setting by assisting inthe collection of subjective and objective data, recognize problems or abnormalconditions specific to the patient and perform a psychosocial assessment usingactive listening, verbal communication, and non-verbal communication. The LVNwill contribute to the development of the patient plan of care and willimplement, under the direction of a physician, AHP, or RN, only those parts ofthe plan of care that are within the LVN scope of practice.

Must have the ability,skill-set, qualifications, education, and licensure that are required for allthe responsibilities this position must cover.
Must excel incommunication (written & verbal), customer service and can workindependently or as part of a team.
Must excel inprioritization, organization and multi-tasking while demonstrating attention todetail and follow through.
Can utilize critical thinkingskills to identify issues, problem solve to logical conclusion, demonstrateinitiative, and be responsible.
Assist in the datacollection for the assessment of the patient.
Implement orders andtreatment plan components as directed by RN or Provider.
Be at work and be ontime.
Follow companypolicies, procedures and directives.
Interact in a positiveand constructive manner.
Prioritizeand multitask.
