The Patient Safety Manager (PSM) reports to the Quality Management Officer and is responsible for developing and managing the Minneapolis VA Healthcare System (MVAHCS) Patient Safety Program. The PSM is preferably an experienced patient safety RN with a minimum of 3-5 years professional nursing experience across multiple modalities/areas.
