Hours/Shifts: 7am to 7pm (13 shifts/4 weeks). Saturday, Sunday and holiday rotation required
The APP will work with our exceptional team to provide comprehensive care to our patients, meeting their medical, surgical and psychosocial needs, while implementing and evaluating standards of care.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will join a team of over 800 NPs and PAs across MSK who have dedicated their lives to deliver compassionate, comprehensive cancer care to patients and their loved ones, supporting the mission, philosophy, standards, goals and objectives of the institution and department.

YOU WILL :
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare team members
- Provide comprehensive care to GYN Surgery patients
- Collaborate with our GYN Disease Management Team (DMT) regarding the management and treatment of GYN patients receiving chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment
- Provide consulting services to benign and surgical patients with gynecological issues
- Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum
- Serve as a clinical authority and resource providing education and consultation to healthcare team members.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, implementation of patient education, and clinical support programs
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR PA CANDIDATE ARE :
- Graduate from an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification
- Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred but motivated and interested new graduates are encouraged to apply
- ACLS/BLS certification
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR AN NP CANDIDATE ARE :
- Current NYS RN and NP licenses/registrations
- Masters degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
- Related National NP certification
- ACLS/BLS certification
- A minimum of 1 year of related clinical experience is preferred but motivated and interested new graduates are encouraged to apply
