Job Summary:

Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY seeks a Physician Assistant to join the Liver Transplant Program supporting the Hepatology Service. As the largest referral center in Westchester County, NY, Westchester Medical Center performs approximately 200 heart, liver, and kidney transplant annually. Our programs are staffed by multidisciplinary teams composed of Physicians, Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Nutritionists, Pharmacists, Transplant coordinators, and Social Workers.The Liver Transplant Program seeks a professional with a strong work ethic and good clinical and interpersonal skills to join the team taking care of pretransplant and Hepatologyinpatients. The incumbent will support the consult services, assist with inpatient evaluations, patient admissions, participate in daily rounds, patient education and discharge planning. As our service grows, we seek candidates willing to cover all shifts.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• New Graduates are welcome to apply!
• A current New York State License as a Physician assistant
