Nurse Practitioner needed in Connecticut for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and CT state license/be willing to obtain state licensure. Shifts will be Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm. Will see 8-15 patients per day and patient population is 13 years and up. Support staff includes APP and MA.
