ChristianaCare is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our West Grove Family Medicine Practice, at 390 Vineyard Way, Ste 501, West Grove, PA 19390. This is a full-time position with the office having evening and early morning appointments available. Candidate must be able to provide evening hours once weekly. ChristianaCare Primary Care at West Grove has 2 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Clinician working in a team format with support from RNs, MAs, and OAs. This practice sees patients of ages 4+. Requirements:

• Licensed or eligible for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Delaware and Pennsylvania
• Prescriptive Authority or eligibility for the state of Delaware and Pennsylvania
• DEA registration required
• BLS required
